Laboratorios Lesvi and Inke form part of Invent Farma, a vertically integrated company group that develops and manufactures, markets active ingredients (API) and pharmaceuticals specialties. The group's mission is to provide high added value products to meet customers quality requirements and enhance their market image and position.The company focuses on:

- Development, registration and manufacturing of generic and innovative pharmaceutical specialties.
- Distribution of our products through global partner alliances with continuous international expansion since 1998.

Thanks to more than 70 world-wide patents in formulation, synthesis and polymorphs, the company has been in a position to offer its customers early market entry opportunities or exclusivity periods under the US paragraph IV regulations. Our product quality and personal service, our remarkable adaptation to customer needs and our speed of response are company assets highly valued by our customers, among whom you may find all major global players. Invent Farma SL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Invent Farma ehf located in Reykjávick, Iceland was formed as a vehicle to acquire 100% of the shares of Laboratorios Lesvi SL and Inke SA. The completion of the acquisition of the shares of Lesvi and Inke took place in July 2005.
Its current activities include the provision of administrative services to its subsidiaries but it is also engaged in carrying studies, together with its parent company, that might lead to additional activities in the near future. Such activities will also be related to the Global Generics Industry.
